Day 1__Arrive in Chengdu
Arrive in Chengdu city, the capital of Sichuan province. Tour guide meet you at the airport and transferred to the hotel. The rest time is free at your own leisure.
Chengdu: Given its resident's laid-back attitude and long-established penchant for hanging out in teahouses, it is frequently ranked among the nation's most livable cities. And it's a historic city with above 2500 years already.
Day 2__Chengdu City Tour
One day Chengdu City Tour includes Cheng Panda Base, Wuhou Temple, People’s Park with tea house and Wide and Narrow Lanes.
Chengdu Panda Base: where you can have a close touch with lovely Giant Panda.
Wuhou Temple: Located in the south suburb of Chengdu, the temple covers 37,000 square meters (398,277 square feet). It is dedicated to Zhuge Liang, the Marquis Wu (Wuhou) of Kingdom of Shu in the Three Kingdoms Period (220 - 280).
People’s Park with tea house: Founded in 1911, it holds the towering Monument to the Martyrs of the Railway Protection Movement. Erected in 1913, the obelisk honors those who died in an uprising against corruption with regards to the building of the Chuan-han Railway line just three years earlier. Probably the best part of People’s Park is the people. Playing cards or checkers, dancing, singing, playing music, imbibing at the teahouse or rowing on the lake, this park provides a perfect atmosphere to feel local people’s life.
Wide and Narrow Lane (Kuan Zhai Xiangzi): are the relics of the Manchu garrison since 1718 and consist of 3 parallel streets with the old classical buildings, which are unique in southern China, of the northern Chinese stylepresented of Hutong. After detailed renovation in June 2008, here focus of bars, teahouses, restaurants and guest house, and develops in the shortest time as "lobby of the leisure capital of Chengdu." Experience here you will get an idea of the "city of leisure."
Day 3__Chengdu to Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou Valley
In the morning fly to Jiuzhaigou Valley. Guide and driver pick you up at airport. Drive to the National Park Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) for visiting. After that, drive further to Jiuzhaigou Valley for staying overnight.
National Park Huanglong (Yellow Dragon): Its attractions are the terraced, colored limestone ponds of blues, turquoises, yellows and greens. The limestone deposits help create the water’s sparkle, especially on sunny days. Light trek on the mountain and enjoy the beautiful karst landscape. Then take a cable car down the hill.
Day 4__Jiuzhaigou Valley
Full day visit in Jiuzhaigou Valley.
Jiuzhaigou Valley: Jiuzhaigou means "Nine Villages Valley" and refers to the region’s nine Baima Tibetan villages of this area. It is reputed to “fairyland��? with its deep blue lakes, cascades, deep green forests, and snow covered mountains. Hiking on miles on the path, and by the sightseeing bus time and again, everyone is falling in alluring Jiuzhaigous. It’s like the letter Y, and normally take a break and have lunch at the junction of Y. But the meals inside is poor, we suggest you bring some food on your own as supplement.
Day 5__Jiuzhaigou to Chengdu
In the morning transfer to the airport, then fly back to Chengdu. Your guide of Chengdu section will meet you at airport and transfer to the hotel after arrives in Chengdu.
Day 6__Chengdu to Lijiang
In the morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Lijiang. Your guide and driver pick you up at airport. Check in and have a rest. In the afternoon you will visit the Black Dragon Pool and Lijiang Old Town.
Lijiang: a romantic and colorful and interesting old town, near snow mountains under the bright sunshine and blue sky.
The Black Dragon Pool Park: its view of Yulong Xueshan (Jade Dragon Snow Mountain of 5,596 m) is the most obligatory photo shoot in south-western China.
Lijiang Old Town: one of the most beautiful towns and also belongs to the World heritage list of UNESCO. Its maze of cobbled street, rickety wooden buildings and gushing canals make suitable atmosphere. You can walk around, enjoy and relax here.
Today you will visit Yulong Snow Mountains and Baisha Village. Rest time is free at your own leisure for fun!
Yulong Snow Mountains: Also known as Mt Satseto, it soars to 5,590m and famous as one of the main scenic spots here. Get to Yak Meadow (Maoniu Ping) by scenic minibus. Its altitude is between 3,550 to 3,800m, and lives Tibetan and Naxi minorities here. It’s also a good eyeshot to view the majestic range of Yulong Snow Mountains. You can walk on the wooden path of mountain road for around 2hrr, and then back to the parking by minibus again.
Baisha Village: famous for the Baisha Fresco which was made in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), compare with other religion mural, the features of such mural here are rich and varied. It’s combined the different religion culture like Buddhism, Taoist and Lamaism; gather into different article type nationality of Naxi, Tibet, Bai and Han; also show the historic cultural meaning. Then go for visiting the former residence in Yuhu village of Joseph Locke (1884��?962), the famous Austrian-American explorer, geographer and botanist.
Day 8__Lijiang to Xizhou to Dali
Drive to Dali via Xizhou. You will visit Xizhou village and Dali Old Town.
Xizhou: Its well-preserved Bai architecture is lovely and worth to experience. And it is a village near by the Er'hai Lake, you can drive or ride electric bike around the lake road with wonderful scenery. It will be very nice to experience around.
Dali: is a miniature city that has some preserved cobbled streets and traditional stone architecture within its old walls. You can get a good overview of the town and its surroundings by walking around the town walls.
Day 9__Dali to Kunming
In the morning you will visit Cangshan Mountain. After that we will drive to Kunming.
Cangshan Mountain: is a high mountain rising above the city of Dali in the southern province of Yunnan. The mountain is noted for its very rich and diverse flora. The local government has designated it as a scenic area. Travel up the mountain is easy. There is cable car up the mountain, and a road connects various sites of interest.
Day 10__Kunming to Guilin
Stone Forest: a geological wonder and UNESCO world heritage site. Walking through the site, visitors marvel at the natural stone masterpieces and are bewitched by the intricate formations. The magnificent, strange and steep landscape creates countless labyrinthine vistas.
Guilin: as known its name which means "Forest of Sweet Osmanthus", owing to the large number of fragrant Sweet Osmanthus trees located in the city. Guilin has long been renowned for its scenery of karst topography so reputed it as one of China's most popular tourist destinations. If you have chance to compare with Guilin of China and Yalong Bay of Vietnam…Let’s keep the secret and you can find the answer on your own.
Day 11__Guilin to Yangzhuo to Guilin
This morning you will take Li River Cruise through the mist-shrouded limestone mountains, passing picturesque farms and fishing villages. Your cruise disembarks at the charming small Yangshuo Town around 2:00 p.m., and you will have you lunch on the cruise. After a leisure stroll on the West Street, the rest time is at your own leisure.
Day 12__Departure to Hong Kong or other places
